Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original, shrink-wrapped packaging and that you have the original receipt or digital order confirmation from within the last 30 days.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email or visit one of our retail locations to receive a Return Authorization number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the product in a sturdy box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
